Who we are.

AIONonprofit is built and operated by Digilu. It answers one question, which is what help is actually open near a household right now, and it is deliberately narrow about that.

What we are not

• Not a government agency, and not affiliated with one.
• Not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security Administration or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Not an insurer, not a broker, and not paid a commission on anything.
• Not affiliated with, and not speaking for, any organisation listed on this site.
• Not a medical service. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice, and we do not diagnose anything or recommend treatment.

What we will not do to you

We will not use fear to make you act. Aging is not a catastrophe and we will not sell it as one. We will not tell you that you qualify for something, because the agency that runs the programme decides that and we would be guessing on your behalf. We will not fill a page with words that make us look thorough while telling you nothing.

Where this sits

Digilu builds several things for families navigating aging. AIONonprofit is the availability half: what is open near you. Entitlement, which is what you may be owed, is answered in the same results because families need both and do not care where the seam is. If what you actually need is somebody helping run the coordination week after week, that is a different product and we will say so once, in your results, only when your own answers show it.
